I have severe pain in right hand thumb finger tip. Cannot make any movement using this thumb. Sometime I feel numbness around this fingertip.. Who should I consult?? Please suggest..

I have early morning back pain from early morning CBC normal ESR 40 and CRP normal. MRI ATTACHED..orthopedic Dr said normal do physiotherapy and vitamin D table..

Myself Sai Srinivas, my age is 37 years, Iam type 2 diabetic, I got fever on 24th may 2024, admitted in hospital discharged after a week, since a month my hands and legs pains are not decreased, these pains are totally different these pain shifts to left to right and right to left both hands and legs(joints), it's very horrible pain can't even stand if I sits for 15 minutes, if I walk or run there is no pain, my family doc (General physician)told that pains will last for 15 days but it's already a month please give some suggestions what to do?? Do the pains will go away by itself (without treatment) ??

My mother's head dizzines. Pain in upper left arm. No pain in back or lower body. Sometimes a mild pain in left chest. I have attached the medical reports suggesting spondylosis.

I had my uric acid test a month back and it was 7.2. Pain areas: both ankles, wrist and thigh-hip joint. Now the uric acid is 5.9. and taking the following medicine for the last 4 days.(Checked anticcp, ra, vit etc all normal) Crp is a bit elevated as 9.5 (lab value till 5 is normal) 1. Febustat 40 1 daily 2. Medrol 0.4mg 1 daily 3. Zychlochin 1 daily Still the pain is there in all the joints and in bone near to it. Is it gout or something else? Pls advise. Thank you

From last 5 years i have lung sarcoidosis which went in remission without medication. Ace level were normal till this year after fever and high crp and esr , ACE is continously rising while crp and esr became normal. AcE is near 100 now. But focs sayimg not to wprry on ACE and they will treat if symptoms arise. Whats the value of ACE??

Am using Leflunomide 10 mg for the past 1 month for arthritis.report shows SGPT 66 SGOT 47 .Is dis normal r I need to stop taking Leflunomide.

Hi, I had rheumatic arthritis ( nor sure, maybe chickenpox) where my all joints pains so much. That situation last 1 week approx. But after that, still there's little effect on my body. It's been 6 months but still feeling that pain in my most body joints such as hand, Ankel, wrist, elbow etc. If I sit for 10 minutes, I have to spread legs and wait to get rid of that ankle pain. It's been 6 months. Another incident, I'm having alopecia in my beard, a small bald patch sudden appears since 20 days. So, I've searched for both of that health issue and I saw that is is related to autoimmune disorder where antibody attacks our healthy cell. Also the same antibody attacks hair follicle and result in small bald patch in beard. So can you please explain how can it be treated ? Is there any medicine?
