I just did MRI for si joint and it says: Ill-defined subtle STIR hyperintense signal changes seen at articular margins of distal segment of left sacroiliac joint regions – mild inflammatory etiology. I have been in pain for 2 years

Sir, My mother taking medicine for arthritis morethan 12 years and now doctor prescribing terifort injection for 6 month,  glimtrol nasal spray for 2 months and denuril injection for 3 years to make the bone stronger. Is it advisable to take everything at a  same time .

Sir, My mother taking terifort injection for 10days and it was prescribed for 6months in meantime shall I take denuril injection is it safe.

My niece, 16 years old have been diagnosed with lupus and is under treatment for the last 1 week. DS DNA ++, ANA 1:160 Her symtoms like malera rash, muscular pain and headache accompanied by low temperature is almost reduced to 0 with occasional pain here n there. She is given Omnacortil 40 mg, HCQS 200 MG, micocept S 360 mg along with calcium and antacid and showing reasonable improvment. Under further investigation I t has come that her 24 hour urine test result showing 288 mg which is medium as per lab higher 300 is considered severe. Creatinine is normal at. 6 C 3 and C 4 is lower than range   21.50 and <8 respectively and positive coomb 2 + 1.Question is Has she suffered a kidney lining damage already as diagnosis took time over 2 months. 2. Can it be reversed with medicine? As sge is young, can damaged cell regenerate? 3.how long to get into remission? 4. How to safeguard other dusease as she is taking immunosuppressant. Please help🙏🙏

Swollen lymph nodes are there in my neck so I took biopsy it mentioned like infection/immune mediated ethology so I saw a rheumatology doctor they took Ana CTD FEIA screening it mentioned like negative before taking blood test I don't have any symptoms.now I have joint pains in finger,toe and knee..please help me I have autoimmune disease??

I have joint pain and all my joints creaks and cracks, my aso titre is always above 400,but when i go to rheumatologist they don't take it seriously as my anticcp,ra,ana,hlab27 are all negative so what should i do? i saw a general physician and he precribed penidure la 12 which gave me a bit of relief,but rheumatologist don't even consider this aso and now i am in very much misery my joint cracks and creaks and ny lower back si joint last xray shows sclerosis of si joint. i don't have morning stiffness or swelling just pain and joint cracking please help me

My mother had covid and during that time my mother had a HRCT Thorax. She was previously suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis. The HRCT thorax showed mild ILD with UIP pattern. My mother does not have any significant symptoms of any lung complications. She is active. She is undergoing her usual Rheumatoid arthritis treatment. However, she had a recent chest xray and it showed prominent bronchovuscular markings. And I am beginning to worry is it because of ILD? Do we need to worry about the ILD as she does not show any particular symptoms of breathlessness or persistent cough.
