Am suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis and also undergoing menopause since 2020. Allopathic medicines are having side effects on me. Aren't there any doctors practicing Ayurveda, in Gurgaon?

I have fever past 8months doctor do all tests (cbp hiv hsabp chest cray ct abdominal ct chest ct brain lft Ana profile urine crp and esr) everything normal except Ana profile there is centromere b is borderline doctor said I have seronegative arthritis but is it right I have body pains even touch in my chest I have pain and also fever but using thermometer it was showing normal temperature and crp every time came normal when I feel feverish feeling I got anxiety and tension my body shaking

In my recent annual health checkup , my ANA value is 151.66 AU/mL . Is this related to arthritis?? In recent days i cant lift anything using my right arm. I am facing heavy pain in my shoulder and nerves in my whole arm . Fingers nerves too. In morning after night sleeps my fingers are swelling.
