I want to know that I am suffering joint pain from last 2 years, my below knee joints pain sometimes go in silence for 1-2 month and suddenly appears, when I any ppi type medicine it  cause pain in sole, fingers thumb heels both side symmetrical, can As can cause burning feet?

I had right knee pain with swelling since last 1 year which often comes and goes automatically. Hardly it affected my daily activities.Again i had the same pain in my right knee for 2/3 days and suddenly i had heavy pain in night (07/01/2024) and with MRI it showed mild to moderate effusion , synovitis. The blood test results were ESR: 40 ,CRP: 58.9, ASO: negative, CBC: Negative. More to add i had the same right knee pain when i was 6-8 years old. since 2012 i had no symptoms at all. only my right knee is affected i am 19 years old currently. What kind of disease/arthritis is this? my doctor advised to aspirate the joint and i had to apply plaster for 21 days.

Last month i started having joint pain and bone pain pain in every bone of my body had so many tests Vit d, aso,rfactor,anticcp,ana,hlab27 out of all these my aso was high 450 and my vit d was at 11.6 went to a rheumatologist he ordered xray of pelvis and knee joint both came out to be normal so he said to supplement vitd 1000iu daily and 60kiu weekly after supplementing it for a month i tested my vit d levels which stood at 51 but the pain is still there it has subsided but by 20-30 percent and my joints of whole body has been cracking a lot since then my cal,vit d,phosphorus,alkaline phosphate all normal one of the first doctors i met he said to take penicillin injection for next 5 years but my rheumatologist said that high aso is generally common in india and the pain is due to vit d deficiency

My husband had been diagnosed with Scleroderma with ILD. He has been advised to take Keycept medicine and wysolone . But he has been in continuous fever and cough for more than 2 weeks, his fever ranges between 99-100. He feels very weak and coughs a lot. Can it be due to medication? I am really worried about his fever and weakness.

I am suffering pain in leg sole last 3 days and burning also , previously pain was limited to heel upper foot , last week I did sugar test it came normal 95 fasting

My mother's Doctor suggested some clinical test for severe joint pain, hand ankle pain and spine pain, Her ESR is 24 mm ...i attached the reports of Anti ccp and RA factor test... Is she having rheumatoid arthritis!? Currently she is taking calcium supplements... Can she continue with calcium supplements ... kindly suggest

Whenever my husband take any PPI ( pantaprazole/ Esmoprazol/ Rabeprazol) , he feels joints pain below knee joints , fingers of legs , heel , His test HLAB-27neg  ana anti ccp ens  ESR CRP mri normal His joints pain started 2 year before after taking pantop acogut muccaine gel syrup

Dear Doctor I have been on 3 no of sazo 500 and 1no of HCQS 300 from last three months I am a breast feeding mother. My baby is 8months old. I hav RA from 3+ years. Can the consumption of Sazo 500 be increased to 4no. Per day as suggested by Dr. (2no. In the morning 2no in the noon) Is it safe for me and my baby? I am very much concerned about mine and my babys health. Kindly suggest.. Thanks

My rhumatologist prescribed me symbal 30 mg morning and pregab D in night , can I take nexprol L as I am feeling epigastric pain so physician prescribed this tablet

My uric acid levels are not coming down even after a strict diet and exercise. I checked it twice over the last month and the reading is 12.8 and 12.4 respectively. (Test date 1 - Jan 6th and Test date 2 - Feb 8th) I want to ask if I should start taking medication, though I'm trying to avoid it. I don't have any type of joint pain or anything. I'm a 34 year old male.
