I have severe case of hairfall with severe hair thinning. Doctor advised for antibodies test as I suffer from Hashimoto's. In blood test ANTI DSDNA has returned positive and rest parameters are negative. Even Ige is normal. What does it mean? P.s. I am also suffering from various allergies/intolerance - lactose, gluten, sun, metformin.

Lower back pain last 1 year starting in February 2023. Now Lower back pain and pain in bilateral buttock ( right more than left).. Do I Have ANKLOSING SPONDYLITIS FEATURE) CAN MRI DETECTS INFLAMATORY CHANGES IN 4 MONTHS..PLEASE TELL Do in need another si joint mri now .  ..

Sir i have multiple joint pain particulary in upper part of the foot,both hand and shoulder. Sir i did ra factor test and the value is 17.13. sir is this is a case of rheumatoid arthritis?

I took a blood test ,THT(under the platelet section)  levels are very abnormal, What should I do.How do I improve the same

I have multiple join pain. It first started with injury in my ankle posterior tendon inflammation then I strained other ankle due to which I got tenosynovitis.. later I had sedentary life style for 8 months taking bed rest.. now all my joint feel weak and tender... so I undergone test.. please check whether I have arthritis or it is due to weakness.. please check report Esr - 38 Alt- 16 Ast- 17 RH factor-10 CRP- 18.2 Anti CCP- 1.2

Hi all my joints are making cracking grating snapping sounds recently which are more aggressive since i got viral fever 10 days ago . Now all joints are creating noise even if i lift my arm up there is some kind of sound like which feels like locking sound of joints . Pain is not there but my knees joint have pain and also my muscles are weak . Got Ra test and it was negative Cbc and lft during fever was done which is attached please check the reports I have hypothyroidism condition so taking 50 mcg medicine with calcimax forte Was taking calcimax from last one month but now the joint problem is increased . Also my digestion is very bad i am having indigestion and loose stools from last one year for which all the tests have been done including sigmadoiscopy which has no findings . Liver enzymes are raised sgpt 150 Sgot 100 Please tell me why my joints are getting weak Vit d test also done it was 25 last month

I am feeling low back pain last 2 years HLAB-27 neg MRi bone scan was normal 2 year before, In last two year crp always normal ESR always just below to higher limit , i am following rhumatologist continuously , till now my diagnosis is carried out as fibromyalgia BJHS , My pain is limited to lower back , just below knee joints, initially pain was also in foot ankle finger of leg but that is 100%relived, now I am taking pregab D , I observed my pain reduces in winter and increase in summer, I read on Google that fibromyalgia causes widespread pain but I have no widespread,pain only triggers episodic in lower back and buttocks now I want to know can without increasing in inflammatory markers can AS happen Ra neg Anti ccp negative Ttg neg Ana neg ENA neg Triple phase bone scan normal Mri si joints normal Above test carried out in 2022 ESR CRP every follow up getting normal

Am I ana positive ?? I have knee pain and some pain in toes. One doctor told me I am Ana positive and other doctor told me report is normal..
