Rheumatology

I have pain and every joint. Everyday new joint flare up. Now my knees are hurting. Stiffness pain itching in joints. Esr is very high 60. Ra factor anti ccp crp all normal ana hlb27 all normal. I have gone to see rheumatologist he doesn't care about my problem and only prescribe painkiller and vit d . And as a result now I can't sit or stand my other knee also hurting. I went to a orthopedic he given me saaz ds and tofe 5mg it's feel better but he keep saying that I should consult rheumatologist. But rheumatologist doesn't listen to me. Are their any rheumatologist online consult me and save my joint I am very concern plz help

I have done various test for RA such as ANA screening, CBC, ESR, HLA B27, Anti- CCP and CRP and I want to get the reports checked by a doctor via video consultation, how do I do that?

I have started joint pain all most many joints and it's now making my life I can't sit I can't walk properly. I had to to a orthopedic first he said I have symptoms of RA so I have to go to a rheumatologist so I book appointment and he gave me all tests but my every test Ra anti ccp crp ana all negative and only esr very high. He said he didn't think is rheumatoid arthritis now my one knee is 90% not working and other is 40% not working. My elbows fingers wrist , foot everything inflammed. I have done 10k rupees test with a good diagnostic. I belong to a very poor family can't afford to test twice a year and if a see a new rheumatologist he will give me same tests again and I am quite not sure that he going to give me medicine for RA or not. Because earlier doc only given me painkiller and some vitamin with painkiller. I return to Orthopedic he given me saaz ds tofe 5gm and I feel new inflammation stopped but he can't continue as he is Orthopedic not rheumatologist. suggest mesomething

My husband is suffering joints pain from last 2.5 year , his pain start after taking some medicine in 2021 acogut ,pan , mucaine gel , Intially his pain start from feet then below knee joints and now both side buttocks and lower back His all test related to spondylopathy is negative HLAB-27 neg and Ra anti ccp ana ena all thing are negative,last year his mri of si joints and pelvis and bone scan of whole body was normal 100% but his pain features is like ankylosing spondylitis, in last 2.6 year his ESR CRP is also normal never increased, i want to know in intial stage can inflammatory markers remains normal or not

Have problem hand both food and spinel problam jurk jam so many time freege hand neck food and bone and problem to stood and problem to up and down

My Anti ccp value is 43Ru/ml and have been tested positive for ANA screening. ESR and CRP are with in the range. Could you please let me know what does positive ANA mean.

My HLAB-27 is neg and ESR CRP is normal from last two year today ESR 11 CRP 1.5 , is it possible to AS without increase in inflammatory markers
