Hi, I have been suffering from a Gout issue for the last 1 year, it has now flared up twice in the last one month, I am on homeopathic treatment and having colchicum, Urtica urens and ledum pal. Also, I am on a restrictive diet and avoiding high protein food... Is there an alternative solution available?

My father is 51 years old and has been taking zyloric 300 regularly since 5 years. He had reduced the dosage in past few months and had a sudden episode of gout on his left big toe joint. This was triggered due to accidentally eating food with tamarind, which has triggered the episode previously as well. He also has hyperacidity (takes cyra D every morning), fatty liver issues, Border line diabetes - not taking any medication for that. What should be the pain killers / medication he should take to function regularly along with zyloric 300 for the next week or so till the gout attack reduces?

Hi Sir/ Mam, My mother is 50 years old and from past two months suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. She is taking medicine from past one month related to same as suggested by doctor. She is still experiencing poking or needles sharped pain in her feet. Do I have to visit the doctor again or wait for one month course to be finished as recommended by doctor? Kindly advice Medication: hcqs 200mg for one month wysolone 10 mg for one week and wysolone 5mg for one week

ANA 39.3 Anti ccp 160 u/ml Crp 2.61 mg/dL. RF 14.2 U/ml Hemoglobin 11 Esr 26 mm/hr. Having pain in biceps part and in finger . From a month sometimes leg pain as well.

Hi In ANA Profile/ IMMUNO BLOT test the value of SmD1 is 8.96(Borderline) mentioned and all other values are Negative and HLBA27 is not detected and ANA is Negative so should I need to worry about this Borderline value ?

Hi doc Im have pain in shoulder joints, knee joint and i side thigh joints. My uric acid is 7.8 (normal range 3.5 to 7.2) report attched. Vit d and b12 are normal. Currently taking febuget 80mg and indomethacin 25mg Is my pain is due to high uric acid ? Can. High uric cause shoulder joint pain and feel little hot in shoulder ?
