I am suffering from  muscle pain in my right chest and shoulder area continiously. Also when ever working, sitting or sleeping continiouslywith any part of body muscle like hand ,neck ,back muscles are getting pain. I have visited to the cardiologist and done the blood test (report is attached). Could you please advise if CPK level 209 U/L is dangerous and if any further test to be done to diagnose the exact problem.

I tested positive for RA FACTOR (<50)and Anti ccp (<200) last month. However since i did not have any pain, joint stiffness or clinical symptoms i was not prescribed any medication and was told to watch symptoms. I still do not have any pain or stiffness. No stiffness in korning howevrr i feel like my right hand knuckle at middle finger is looking more protuded when i make a fist. It could be possible that i had not noticed it earlier. I got a hand xray last month only. Everything was normal. Could this be a symptom? Should i vist the doct again? Also does +RA AND ANTI CCP mean that symptoms will surely appear?

My mother is 49 yrs old and has been diagnosed with Ankylosing spoundlytis by MRI reports a year ago, now she is taking biologics prescribed by doctor she took 6 doses of secukinumab 150 , her doctor advised to do CBC SGPT AND S CREATININE at every consultation, this time we do test there is low absolute monocytes count show in report, is this is any problem. Please check

Hello, I'm having lot of pain in hands and feet's only in night when I go to bed. Because of that I am not able to sleep Other time this pain is not there, I have undergone vitamin tests immunity disorder test but it's normal result. When I see my hands and feet's in night I could clearly see veins on it.. other time I could not see it clearly Please suggest

I have pain in my ankle joints for the last few weeks. Pain increases after waking up in the morning or after taking rest. Just curious to know what it could be? And is it curable?

Two year before ,my RA ,ANTI CCP , HLAB27,was quite normal,only ANA was positive,then doctor prescribed ENA profile,that was quite normal and told to repeat ANA again , when I repeated ANA test it was negative and quite normal , I want to know should I repeat all  test again ,my esr CRP never crossed 20 and 1 , but I am feeling very severe whole back pain and lower back and hip pain ,last year MRI of si joint and pelvic was also normal, I am continuously following Dr saurabh malviya sir indore

My Wife age is 33 Her weight is suddenly drop by 10 KG. We understand 2-5 KG but 10 KG suddenly drop. She is not fasting or exercise in any way. She consistently eats all normal food. She spends her entire time at home (home maker). We done all blood test in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital Mumbai i.e. PRE-POST BLOOD SUGAR, THYROID TEST (T3,T4,TSR), ESR, RENAL TEST, CBC, LIVER TEST, LIPID PROFILE all these reports are in normal range. I have SOME DOUBT in her Urine report. Would be please let me know what the next Blood test/Radiology test would be to determine which body organs have failed since her ANA report is POSITIVE.
