I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. My rheumatologist has prescribed Saaz tablet which will continue for years. Just want to know are there serious long term side effects of this tablet. Is there permanent cure in alternate sciences like Homeopathy or Ayurvedic/yunani?

I have been suffering from cracking of all joints from jaw, neck to toe and there has been minor pain as well which keeps rotating. There are joints which cracks on every movement. It's been an year now. My ears have also started getting ringing noise 24X7, from last 3-4 months. My ANA, HLA, RF, CRP, CCP, ESR, Uric acid all tests are normal. Last tested in August '22 Please help

My friends son who is 15 years is diagnosed with SLE and Antophospolid Syndrome APS. He is taking Xarelto 10 mg and ecospirin 75 mg for APS. He is advised to start with hcqs now for SLE. Is it advisable to take hcq being at young age of 15 years as there wil be side effects? Any homeopathic treatment available without side effects for these 2 APS and SLE? Do we have to continue with allopathy only? Please advise.

I am taking neprpxyn 550 mg but it is causing pain in my chest and stomach. Please suggest what ro do?

My maternal uncle has ankylosing spondylitis and my paternal grandmother had RA . My RA factor is 20.6(positive) and my ESR is 19 but my anti ccp , crp , ASO , ANA and CBC are all normal . Also HLA-B27 negative I was sitting in my chair one day and suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my upper back which after 2 days got ok but the pain shifted to my lower back and since then it is there . My low back pain is therefore for about 5 months now despite having muscle relaxants . Apart from the lower back pain i don't feel any other pain but feel a little stiffness in my fingers and neck but they don't hurt when i press them nor are they swollen . I wanted to know the exact symptoms of RA and do i have it ?? Does RA effect lower back ?? Also i drink a lot of cold drinks so can it increase my RA factor level ??

I am suffering from UV since more than a month and taking the medicines from past 20 days. I have been consulting a Dermatologist, however, some of the doctor friends have suggested to take treatment from rheumatologist or immunologist or hematologist. Please advise which doctor is the best to consult with. Also what medicines, diet and lifestyle need to be followed for early recovery? The condition is slightly under control right now with rashes coming and going. However, if I miss medication even once, the rashes comes back (which had happened once). Hello doctors,  my wife gave birth to 2 kids , one in 2019 Feb and other in 2022 Feb, both in C section. She stopped feeding our 2nd kid 1 month ago. She is feeling pain in both side ribs and some times she is complaining that she is having numbness one side full. Also she is not getting hungry nowdays and her bowel movement also very poor and irregular like once in 2 days. She is using soft tools regularly. Which specialist i need to consult?
