I have been detected with SLE doctor has prescribed me Azoran 50mg and HCQS 100 MG. she said bones will get affected. But didn't prescribe any  calcium supplements. I don't know why prescribed Azoran tablets?

My husband is suffering from lower back and buttock pain from last one year , now from 2-  3 days he is complaining in neck upper back pain and rib , today his CRP 1.7 ESR 20 ,in last one year his CRP and ESR never raised, HLAB27 neg ,Last year MRI was normal( Si joints & pelvic), is it possible being raised in inflammatory markers can AS can happen , although we are continuously following rheumatologist in indore ,but he only prescribed NSAID ,sos ,I want to know at which stage TOFACITINIB and Saaz Should start, any protocol for this medicine

Hello doctors, My mom's been suffering from joint (knee) pain for a couple of years now and the last prescriptions were for OA. She got few blood tests done today and her ESR levels are at 55. CRP and RF looked normal. Got an X-ray done as well. It showed diminished tibiofemoral joint space, showing gross OA changes in knee joint Please let us know what might be the reason of this ! Hi doctor, My husband went thru full body checkup and attaching his RFT report here,. His uric acid is 8.04 , but he doesn't feel any pain in joints . Can you please help what should we do to reduce it.

Hello Doctor, I am facing muscle qnd bone pain recurrent, I am not sure vitamin d or calcium only the reason of the pain feell something missing on the muscle to avoid pain so I am getting pain on the body , Few vegetables if I have I will feel better , ladies finger , cluster beans , tomato , orange few I know , if small kid stand on my belly even the stomac is not thick enough to bearable so all muscle something missing ...

I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. My rheumatologist has prescribed Saaz tablet which will continue for years. Just want to know are there serious long term side effects of this tablet. Is there permanent cure in alternate sciences like Homeopathy or Ayurvedic/yunani?

I have been suffering from cracking of all joints from jaw, neck to toe and there has been minor pain as well which keeps rotating. There are joints which cracks on every movement. It's been an year now. My ears have also started getting ringing noise 24X7, from last 3-4 months. My ANA, HLA, RF, CRP, CCP, ESR, Uric acid all tests are normal. My friends son who is 15 years is diagnosed with SLE and Antophospolid Syndrome APS. He is taking Xarelto 10 mg and ecospirin 75 mg for APS. He is advised to start with hcqs now for SLE. Is it advisable to take hcq being at young age of 15 years as there wil be side effects? Any homeopathic treatment available without side effects for these 2 APS and SLE? Do we have to continue with allopathy only? Please advise.
