Hyperuricemia Joint pain
I have severe pain in small joints ( both hands and legs ).
Taking Telma H and Amlodac 5 for hypertension.
Physician told to check Uric Acid and is 8 mg/dL
He said specific treatment for hyperuricemia is not needed since there is no Gout or Kidney stones.
Will this elevation cause any issue other than joint pain. I am taking Dolo 650 but no much relief.
Seeking valuable suggestion.

Gout very unusually cause such pains
U needs evaluation for other forms of inflammatory arthritis..please consult rheumatologist
