Ra factor 16 and ccp negative
Hello, Sir or Madam.
I have a little weakness in my hands and weak legs. I feel numbness in my hands in the morning. I get tingling cramps if I sleep on my hands, and if I sit for a long time. So I approached a neurologist. He suggested a few tests, one of which is the ra factor.
I did the ra factor test first (immudrby method) and in that report the normal range was 0-14. I got 16. So I got doubts and went to another lab. Now they did the latex aggulation method and said negative. Now I am completely confused again. I went to the doctor. Now he suggested an anti-CCP test. It also shows a negative. I also did crp and esr, and both didn't have any inflammation. I don't have any pain but weakness and numbness if I put pressure on it. After googling, I came to know there are many other tests if ra is positive and ccp is negative. I'm doing well and do not have any complaints about Ra. Kindly advise

K/c/o multiple autoimmune d/i
I am on Sulfasalazine and HCQ for knee pain and swelling (ACCP and ANA positive,RA factor negative) for past 1 year. I also have other autoimmune d/o like Morphea, alopecia areata and on treatment(antihistamines BD) for chronic urticaria (ASST positive). I tested positive for COVID on Sept 14th. Today I performed RAT to end isolation and it's still positive. Is it due to my altered immune status and when should I get tested again to end isolation?

Back pain/neck pain
I have tested HLAB27 positive. Rheumatologist said this is arthritis and prescribed some more tests. After consulting him i checked to find that he has also prescribed Hepatitis B surface antigen and Mantoux/PPD/Tuberculin test. I do not understand why he has advised tests for Hepatitis B and Tuberculosis.
Further, he suggested to take Saaz 500mg twice a day, etoricoxib 90 mg once a day and gas tablet. I want to ask If I am not having severe pain (as I'm doing exercises) then is pain killer mandatory? Can't i take only saaz 500 mg (and gas tablet?)

Autoimmune Disorder
There are multiple visible issues like hyperpigmentation, allopecia that over the course of time have been affiliated to autoimmune disorders; LPP for skin issues and allopecia for hair patch loss. However, I believe the problem to be more severe where it might be affecting my digestive system and asthama as well. Hence wanted to consult someone who is an expert in treating autoimmune problems. What is triggering this autoimmune response and what is the level of this problem along with its treatment options. I am very confused as a dermatologist only looks at skin issues, pulmonolgist looks at asthama issues but nothing who acts on the basic reason for all these problems.
