I am feeling severe hip buttock and thigs pain , and lower back mid pain , report attack pls look my report, crp normal, ESR high

My mother is a rheumatoid arthritis patient on methotrexate 10mg weekly, Tofacitinib 5mg on alternate days, Omnacortil 2.5 mg daily, HCQ-300mg daily. She has received 2 doses of Covishield . We missed the due date of her precaution dose, as according to previous guidelines it could be given only 9 months after 2nd dose (in September as her 2nd dose was in December). According to the changed recommendation, it was due in June, 6 months after December. Is it ok for her to get the precaution dose this month(3 months past the due date)?

Hello Dr, My Mother's test result show RA FACTOR POSITIVE WITH HIGH LEVEL OF URIC ACID ALSO HER RBC WBC PLATELETS COUNT ARE LOW.HER ESR IS HIGH. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.TO WHICH SPECIALIST SHOULD I TAKE HER.ALSO WHAT ELSE AT HOME SHOULD I DO TO CURE HER ASAP.

Last June 2021 ,I took some antacid as prescribed by PHYSICIAN, I am feeling knee joints pain buttock pain and lower back pain ,some time finger of leg , pain , I am continuously following rhumatologist, I have done all as prescribed by him Esr Crp Cbc Ana Ena Hlab27 Triple phase bone scan Mri Each and everything is normal Esr crp not elevated in one year No swelling occurred little bit , only pain ,buttock pain and thigs side pain burning , toe of both leg sometimes hurt One last one year my disease is not diagnosed I am simple NSAID What should I do I am very depressed Can MRI of si and PELVIC can miss disease in very early phase

Constant moderate to high pain in legs, fingers regular fatigue and lethargic feeling broken sleep body pain

My wife having pain in both ankle since 4months what can be the cause of pain as she feel pain when she stand as she sits the pain get off with in hour or two as she stand pain get start again.

My problem is that since last two months I am getting treatment but to no avail even though I have changed 2 doctors. Here I am uploading all my medical reports. Here I am writing some problems which I am facing for a long time. 1. Extreme tiredness and weakness since last two months. 2. Excess numbness of hands and feet since last five years. 3.Swelling of extremities due to excessive fatigue. 4. feeling dizzy while walking due to weakness. 5. feeling extremely irritable. 6. Head is heavy and does not feel like doing anything. Etc etc etc my english is weak so if possible give advice in hindi. I translated all this in English from google.

I am suffering last 5 year at the age of 24 from back pain and slip disc. First my leg pain start i. Am ignore as i think this is natural a sports person after that back pain start and slowly slowly its increase and right now i am suffering from L4-L5 and l5-s1 disc bulging problem and i am taking lots of medicine like gabapin nt 400... Tolcam medicine and hemopathic mdicine rhustox 200... Magphous 200 ans arnica 200 and ptk 49 but still not relax and pain not decrease... I am marketing person and my job role field work drive bike also i am sports person and right hand fast bowler.. I am done mri 2021 and 2022 both mri report same and now my problem increase day by day... Leg pain, cough pain, ankel pain, feet pain,nack pain, also when i am going to sleep hole leg and back pain start and when i twist left side my leg so right side pain start if i am standing long time back and feet and leg start pain.. Please help me to cure this problem and enjoy my life to previous as i enjoy.
