Constant moderate to high pain in legs, fingers regular fatigue and lethargic feeling broken sleep body pain

My wife having pain in both ankle since 4months what can be the cause of pain as she feel pain when she stand as she sits the pain get off with in hour or two as she stand pain get start again.

My problem is that since last two months I am getting treatment but to no avail even though I have changed 2 doctors. Here I am uploading all my medical reports. Here I am writing some problems which I am facing for a long time. 1. Extreme tiredness and weakness since last two months. 2. Excess numbness of hands and feet since last five years. 3.Swelling of extremities due to excessive fatigue. 4. feeling dizzy while walking due to weakness. 5. feeling extremely irritable. 6. Head is heavy and does not feel like doing anything. Etc etc etc my english is weak so if possible give advice in hindi. I translated all this in English from google.

I am suffering last 5 year at the age of 24 from back pain and slip disc. First my leg pain start i. Am ignore as i think this is natural a sports person after that back pain start and slowly slowly its increase and right now i am suffering from L4-L5 and l5-s1 disc bulging problem and i am taking lots of medicine like gabapin nt 400... Tolcam medicine and hemopathic mdicine rhustox 200... Magphous 200 ans arnica 200 and ptk 49 but still not relax and pain not decrease... I am marketing person and my job role field work drive bike also i am sports person and right hand fast bowler.. I am done mri 2021 and 2022 both mri report same and now my problem increase day by day... Leg pain, cough pain, ankel pain, feet pain,nack pain, also when i am going to sleep hole leg and back pain start and when i twist left side my leg so right side pain start if i am standing long time back and feet and leg start pain.. Please help me to cure this problem and enjoy my life to previous as i enjoy.

I have finger joint pain in my right hand. My thumb and index finger got swelling. Pain is slowly increasing upto shoulder. When pain is very high I am taking zerodol sp tablet it will be reduce little pain again in a week I feel the same pain. Please doctor help me is this anything serious I am feeling very much fear. Hello, I am 29 years old female. I had suffered 2 recurrent misscarriages one recognised as blighted ovum by USG and the other as small fetal demise by TVS. I did my APLA and TORCH test after my abortion. My cardiolipin was weakly positive and rest was normal. My Torch IGG was highly positive. So the dr adviced for rubella injection. And to take ecosprin75 mg for 3 months and continuing. After taking injection I had taken 3 months gap and again did my APLA and TORCh test. My cardiolipin was still weakly positive (igm) but this time my Beta2 Glycoprotein IGM was greater than 190. My Torch still had IGG highly positive. Kindly help me out with this. How to conceive and when to conceive next time?

Isn't there a specific reason for Lupus. And i have rheumatoid arthritis, sjogren's syndrome, SLE and Hypothyroidism. Though all these were detected at same time. I want to know what might be the reason for Lupus? I asked few doctors ther said its an idiotic disease. It's exists but we don't know why does it happen. But I am not satisfied with the answer.

I have done MRI of SI & PELVIC in FEB 2022 that time MRI came 100 % normal , but my hip and lower back not relived , just incresed symmetrical with changing location with burning sensation, should I repeat MRI ,Mri can miss early diagnosis

So, the problem is that from last 1 year I have been suffering from mouth ulcers and mouth sores. I consulted many doctors but didn't get desired results and in the end I consulted Gastroenterologist and It relieved me to some instance for 2.5 -3.5 months but since the beginning of rainy season my condition has become worse than ever all I see in my mouth is mouth sores and white skin peeling out from everywhere. I can't even describe the pain that I am feeling due to these cuts in my mouth and throat. I recently consulted with a rheumatologist after suggestion from some doctors now after I consulted with the doctor she prescribed me some steroids and kenacort gel but after 10 days It didn't make too much difference she also prescribed some tests like CBC,LFT,RFT,ESR,CRP ,ANA,HbsAg,HCV,HIV,anti PR3,AntiMPO by ELISA, And other test related to auto immune but all the reports were fine and I met her again and she told me that she thinks itis behcet disease and write hlab51,crp and somemed

Suggest me some effective medicines for rheumatoid arthritis!? It's been four years now since the last treatment worked out for me, but it seems like it has come back! My upper back and chest areas are killing me! The pain is unbearable!
