  4. About disease. Have attached the report.

My mother has pain in right lower back for many years we have consulted for many doctors but no one identify the problem, some days ago a doctor MRI of sacro illiac joint , doctor said she has ankylosing spondylitis, but in report there is also mentioned ",sclerosis" please confirm me that she has sclerosis or not I have attached the report.

This looks like inflammatory arthritis only..sacroilietis..pls consult rheumatologist
