HIGH RA FACTOR but normal esr and hscrp
Hi Docs 27 year old Male Weight 76kg height 182cm BMI 21 I get finger joint pain monthly for 1-2 days in first 2 fingers then it resolve automatically I did blood test yesterday and RA factor came really high 270 IU/ml (reff rang 0-20) ESR and Hs CRP came normal I m on weekly injections of B12 Can b12 injections show skewed results of RA? Thanks

Positive RA doesn't mean u have the disease..its not affected with b12 inj Consult rheumatologist for further clarification
