My mother has pain in right lower back for many years we have consulted for many doctors but no one identify the problem, some days ago a doctor MRI of sacro illiac joint , doctor said she has ankylosing spondylitis, but in report there is also mentioned ",sclerosis" please confirm me that she has sclerosis or not I have attached the report.

I have been a patient of ankylosing spondylitis for past 6 years. These days I am having a flare up with sharp pressure like pain near left rib on front side. It gets worsen upon lying and reduces upon standing and sitting and feels like a heart attack. Flare up started once I started bending down for certain activities. I have been taking ayurvedic and homeopathy but currently not on any treatment for past 1 year. How to get rid of ribs pain?

Hi Docs 27 year old Male Weight 76kg height 182cm BMI 21 I get finger joint pain monthly for 1-2 days in first 2 fingers then it resolve automatically I did blood test yesterday and RA factor came really high 270 IU/ml (reff rang 0-20) ESR and Hs CRP came normal I m on weekly injections of B12 Can b12 injections show skewed results of RA? I had ankylosing spondylitis 2 years back in my hip . There was no pain for the past 1 year. Right now my left shoulder has started to hurt . Is it related or should I go to a doctor. Whenever I breathe hard it hurts my shoulder.

Past 11 months I have pain left ear that is exactly near tragus and behind, the cartilage is swollen and paining continuosly ,itching n pain in outer ear. while taken deep breath pain is so much  not able to feel sense in left side ear ,n left nostril block too and left chest rib pain ,unable to breath, even air passes inside ear i feel horrible pain.

Hello , I am getting weekness recurrently from backside lower hip and gluteus muscle and tail bone under muscle till scrotum muscle and inner ties Gracilis muscle , while sitting I am getting very soft and feel it's pressing in tailbone feel like something missing for muscle for better tone  and gastrocnemius muscle getting week and some time feel better if I took vitamin d3 and calcium tablet , so what could be the reason cause of it, its related to nerves, muscle,or vitamin d3 issue causing it ... or any ostrioporiosis issue .
