What could be the max threshold cap of D Dimer value for a chronic rheumatoid arthritis patient after recovery from Covid ?

I am suffering chronic chikungunya arthritis from last 2weeks heavy pain in feet only sir I took all pain killers tablets... It only reduce pain 24 to30 hrs ...In blood test Chikungunya showing negative.... Widaltest is positive ...but pain in feet is not recovered sir.... In my village all peoples are suffering From chikungunya sir....

Hi, I am a 25yrs ,male with left knee swelling problem for more than 12 years. I took Depopred 2ml 80mg on waist on 3rd sep by a rheumatologist doctor's advice and he told to take it again in a week. He is a doctor who is available in my town once a Month. Now a days my situation was severe so after two days I took predniwik 80mg in my knee where there is problem after extraction of fluid from there. This was by another doctor. So, can I take Depopred again on waist as suggested my doctor whom I consult in every two months as per his suggestion.

My mother is a rheumatoid arthritis patient on methotrexate 10mg weekly, Tofacitinib 5mg on alternate days, Omnacortil 2.5 mg daily, HCQ-300mg daily. She has received 2 doses of Covishield . We missed the due date of her precaution dose, as according to previous guidelines it could be given only 9 months after 2nd dose (in September as her 2nd dose was in December). According to the changed recommendation, it was due in June, 6 months after December. Is it ok for her to get the precaution dose this month(3 months past the due date)?
