Hi, Recently I got my Hla b27 test positive and anaifa test mildly positive. I experience stiffness and pain in my back and feet. The doctor has put me on Sazo (sulfasalazine) 1000mg once daily at night. Is it okay to start this medication for my problem? Are there any side effects or adverse effects of this medication as I have been told to take it long term. Thanks

Hello, my mom is a RA patient and her Rhemutologist has prescribed her HCQ 200 along with other medicines. But I read at a few places that HCQ can cause damage to the other eyes, so I wanted to know if that is true even if taken under a medical expert? Also if it has a side effect as dangerous as causing harm to eyes then why it's given by most of the doctors in treatment of RA?

Hi, My husband is 36 years old, has skin rashes/irritation so we did an ANA  blood test which came positive for 1:320 titre(ANA by IFA). So we were asked to do a detailed ANA profile test to find out specific antibodies. So I have attached a screenshot of the reports could you please explain the reports to us. I am really worried. I am feeling mild low back pain and below knee joints pain , i have consulted with so many rheumatologist , my all blood and investigation reports are normal MRI of SI JOINTS AND PELVIC HLAB27 NEG ESR CRP ALWAYS NORMAL ANTI CCP NEG ANA NEG CPK NORMAL RA NORMAL After taking too many NSAID I didn't feel any relief from pain last month my rheumatologist refferd Me to nuero pshycotic He prescribed me Duvanta 20 mg Zedip 25 mg Clozap 0.25 mg I am feeling very much better,I have not taken any NSAID in last two month , but some times when I took sunbath and sit or lie down in wrong posture I feel pain , i want to AS devlope slowly or its nerve pain

My mother has back pain for many years we have done an MRI the doctor said she has ankylosing spondylitis but there is another one in the report that is sclerosis. Please help us by giving the knowledge of the disease she has, we saw on the internet that sclerosis is a very dangerous disease. We are really worried . Is sclerosis or ankylosing spondylitis different or what . Please explain please. I have attached the report.
