Ankylosing Spondylitis
Hi.. I am having back pain since last 2 Years and off late it has gone a bit severe. Through recent blood test, it was discovered that I am having HLA B27 +ve , which means it is a sign of Ankylosing Spondylitis. I need to know what next shall I do? Doubts : 1. Whom to consult to improve the situation 2. Any reference to famous doctor will be an added advantage. 3. Also which mattress (type and any good company)  should I use for back pain relief atleast for the time being
