I want to know can ankylosing spondylitis cause both side pain in armpit region , my heart all test are quite normal, but feeling epigastric pain and constipation

Consult gastroenterologist for epigastric pain and constipation. Arm pit pain has many reasons. Is ankylosing spondylitis predominantly affect lumbar region. Cervical pain can also be der. Look for orher causes of arm pit pain
