I am having pain left side of head fron base of skull back side to eye and also feeling in temple too is it temporal arteritis or related to cervical

I recently did a women's health test package and I noticed that my esr and crp values are high. I had no fever or allergies or any other ailment during that time. Bit I have a history of allergies and I haven't got an allergic reaction recently. Should I be concerned over this?
