I had uric acid level 8.9 four months back then I took medicine for two months and restricted myself to vegetarian diet but I had chicken occasionally few times and now my uric acid level is 6.8.what should i do further? please suggest..

I recently had pain in ankle joint..Post which was asked to do a Uric acid test The levels for the test are 8.4 which is on the higher side There is so much conflicting Information on the internet regards to the food or the diet to follow Can I eat things like White rice ,chia seeds papaya etc ..Or is there a diet chart that I need to follow

My HLAB-27 test by PCR method is negative and mri carried out in Feb 2022 was quite normal and bone scan also , but my all symptoms are just like AS , ESR CRP is normal in last 2 year , now HLAB-27 by flow cytometry is positive, what can conclude??

Hello doctor from last 5 months I have upper back pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain, stiffness also there I went to orthopedist he test my blood is there any problem in my report? my crp level and Aso titre little increased is this any big problem I have gerd also, gerd cause high crp? does I have RA or not? But no visible swelling or redness. My all joints are cracking noise when I move my body upper back cracking noise, shoulder cracking noise, hand, fingers leg all joints make cracking noise please advise me I'm from very poor family I have Health anxiety daily I Google my every symptoms and scared alot does anxiety cause body pain ? I HAVE WIDESPREAD PAIN FROM MORE THAN 6 MONTHS IN BODY PARTS LIKE ARMS,SHOULDERS,BACK,NECK,KNEE,LEGS,HIPS,RIBS AND CHEST But from some days I have been having chronic back pain in whole back like I am not able to move properly I am not able to study properly I am not able to do any work BCUZ of this back pain My back pain feels like stabbing throbbing or acheing I have already applied life changes and have medication of ACECLOFENAC and paracetamol AND EARLIER I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED FOR GERD So pls suggest me any treatment my exams are coming in and I am not able to study properly

I am 32 years old . Since last one month I am suffering from shifting joint pain in fingers and wrist. One month before uric acid lever was 8.2 now yesterday reports 7.2. Also I got checked for RA factor which is less than 10 in reports Pain is severe with or without burning sensation and swelling. Please suggest what to do
