I have been experiencing sharp, shooting pains under my ribs. In the right chest area mostly and even on the left side of the stomach. Especially after eating. I have been diagnosed with Autoimmune and Rheumatoid arthritis in the past. Got some tests done previously but nothing significant came out. What should I do?

My wife has been suffering from arthritis since 3 years.The pain is in full body but mainly in hands and feet.we have one 2.5years baby boy . Nobody is suffering from my family from arthritis. She is currently taking pain killers and other medicines but there is no relief from pain and the problem is increasing day by day. The pain became severe in winter . Is there any permanent cure or please guide us for other advice.

Hello sir, I'm 30 years old From six months I feel very weak sometimes.. weight is not increasing though I eat .I feel chest weakness during morning sometimes...20 days ago I feel pain in my big toes ankle joints and knees of my right leg.only in one side..that goes away on its own.. after few days I again feel tingling sensation in feet and hand fingers...n mild pain n joints that comes and goes it's own..I took vitamin e after that tingling goes I tested for anti CCP and Ra factors, ESR,c reactive protein Anti CCP value 23.50 bt the laboratory range is upto 25au/ ml is normal Ra factors is less than 10 ,ESR 15, CRP 1 I'm I Ra positive What should I do for these extreme weakness

I have recently tested Anti CCP ra factors,ESR , CRP..as I have been suffering from multiple joint pain in one leg and hand,pin sensation sometimes Anti CCP value is 23.50 but laboratory range show<25Au/nl is normal CRP is <1 ESR 18 Kindly tell me I'm I diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis..

Does Gama oryzanol is safe for lupus patient.does it work for patients.Sir my sister is suffering from lupus problem since 2 years and now her kidney has been affected by this lupus. Har kidney is not able to filtrate protein from it and the maximum protein is leakage from her urine is 72 mg. Daily albumin doses has been given to her but her albumin is at 1.9. one injection for lupus problem has been given to her now the second injection is to be awaited. This problem has been then become dangerous before 2 week. The patient is admitted in Max hospital Saket Delhi she has been admitted in this hospital from  12 days. Please tell me the is the position of patient is stable or not if if not then where we should go for her health

Hello. I was detected APLA positive after one miscarriage. Took lonopin injections and ecospirin for second pregnancy and successfully delivered a baby 2 months ago. Is it necessary to continue ecospirin 75 now for lifetime? Please advise. Currently have stopped ecospirin since 2 months since delivery

Recently my brother was tested positive for PR3 in blood test and negative for mpo . Doctor says it might be Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis . creatine was normal and chest x ray also normal . Do we need any further evaluation to confirm it . He has inflammation in joints for past 4 months
