Swollen digits, stiffness in the morning
Hello doc My mom is k/c/o of htn,bp since 10 years. She is in her perimenopause periods. Recently she is complaining of mild swelling in her upper arm digits in both of her hands and early morning stiffness in proximal interphalangeal joints .later resolves on activity .and there is no complaint throughout the day And she is complaining of eye irritation which is relieved on eyedrops.. Is it  that serious there lab investigation is needed?
