Ayurveda for Rheumatoid arthritis

I'm suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis. My feet is paining and my hands joints are paining badly from a month Do you have sure cure for this? Are there any side effects? Which is best allopathic or ayurveda for this treatment ? I'm not on any medication now.. I beg for help please!

Please visit a Rheumatologist near you for appropriate treatmwnt for your symptoms You need medicines to control the arthritis including medicines called Disease Modifying drugs which are very effective on most people Ayurvedic medicines are unproven for arthritis and most of them are contaminated with steroids and painkillers whivh may offer temporary benefit but does not affect the Arthritis as such in the long term
