if the cat remained healthy and alive for 30 days, it is very unlikely it was rabid at the time of the bite.No need for ARV if the cat is confirmed healthy

Usually after any bite incident, if the animal survive for more than 10 days it indicates that the animal didn't suffer from rabies at the time of bite incident.
Since the cat is alive even after 1 month, you don't have to worry.
