My cat scratched me in multiple places on my leg and led to bleeding. My cat is completely vaccinated. Should i still take a tetanus shot?

It is important to get tetanus. Even though your cat is vaccinated, it has no relationship with tetanus prevention. Those things are only for rabies disease and vaccination, not for tetanus.
