Scratch from a stray cat
What should I do if I got a scratch from a stray cat who is not a rabid cat . The scratch bled a little and I've already applied Dettol and antiseptic cream. Also my scratch looks normal like some common scratch. So do I need to get shots for rabies or not?

If the scratch is made by the nail, then nothing to worry about. If it is made by the teeth, then getting vaccination is suggested.

Don't worry if it is a nail scratch..you don't need any vaccination.

Nail scratches do not advocate anti rahies vaccination. Cleaning the wound and apply ointment was a good step.
