Concern Regarding Accidental Dog Scratch
I accidentally got scratched by a dog, but there is no visible bleeding on my leg. However, I completed a full course of the rabies vaccination one year ago. I would like to know if it is necessary to take the rabies vaccine again in this situation. Kindly advise.

Rabies spreads only through saliva of the infected animal not through nail scratches. Washing your wound thoroughly with soap and water is sufficient.
Next Steps
If you are in regular contact with dogs, you should go for annual vaccination as preventative measure.

Rabies infection has no treatment so it's always better to get a post exposure vaccine with the benefit of the doubt it will increase your antibody titre and will help your immune system fight the virus in later years too.You should remember that the incubation period of the virus is  upto 14 years.
Next Steps
Do first aid, wash the wound in running cold water with any soap, use spirit to clean the wound.Assesa the wound by a professional
Health Tips
since you are already immunised for the year the doctor might give you 0, and 3rd day shots only.

If the scratch is made by the nail, then vaccination is not mandatory, but if it is made by the teeth, then get the booster shot for safety
