It can cause ..butwith Nail scratch Rabies won't spread..so no worries.

No one can tell for sure it will penetrate the Jean or not, but we definitely tell if we got scratched on the skinnor not. Check your skin for any wound. If you have a wound, then it might have scratched. If not, then it didn't scratch you.
Dog nail scratch will not cause rabies, so there is no need to panic about it.
