My father had angioplasty on 7th Jan 2026. He is under below medication. Also I have attached the blood report. I wanted to know- 1- Is GGT elevated level is because of Atorva or daily consumption of home made Paneer or the Tab Uprise 60k which he took for 12 weeks as his Vit D was 18 few months back? And how to overcome this? 2- His HSCRP is 2.88 now.. is this concerning ? How to lower it down? He eat healthy diet. Daily 40 grams of Paneer as protien and good amount Of fruits ( apple,Avacardo, Papaya, Dragonfruit). Also he walks 5 KMs daily on an average. He drinks 1Ltrs to 1.5 ltrs of water daily maximum and do brisk walk in the morning and evening. Ecosprin 75 mg -  1-0-0 Prasudoc 10 mg- 1-0-0 Atorva 20mg- 0-0-1 Nikoran 5mg - 1-0-1 Concor 2.5mg - 0-0-1 Tazloc 20mg-  1-0-0 Orofer XT - 1-0-0 Montek lc - because of itching due to Psoriasis Duphalc - SOS

Hi doctors I have blood spots with little fluid 10 12 days back...my gastro doctor informed to apply betadine and an powder and antibiotics after which there were no blood spot where not there...today again i found blood spots in cotton swab...is it life threatening or danger...doctor in first check told its omphalatics and told wait n watch..sometime if i dont have food for longer time i feel acidic...

Hello Doctor, I am having pain while swallowing food and even while drinking water for some time. I have already undergone tests like endoscopy (UGIE), HRM/manometry, CT thorax and gastric emptying study. Endoscopy and CT were normal, but manometry showed ineffective esophageal motility. I also have a history of reflux/GERD and hypothyroidism. Currently my main symptoms are: Pain while swallowing food Pain while drinking water Mild throat/chest discomfort and anxiety due to pain No vomiting, no breathing problem, and bowel movements are normal. Recently I also noticed a small painful lump/swelling below the ear/upper neck area. Current medicines: Thyroxine Itopride Antacid/alginate syrup BP medicine (Telmisartan) Please suggest what could be the possible cause and what further evaluation or treatment is needed.
