Your endoscopy shows LA-B oesophagitis and antral gastropathy. That means there's visible erosion and inflammation from acid reflux in your lower food pipe and the lower part of your stomach. The rest of your stomach and duodenum are reported normal, and no biopsy was taken.
Next Steps
This usually settles over several weeks with acid-reducing medicine and some diet changes, like smaller meals, less spice and caffeine, and not lying down right after eating. Please see your gastroenterologist to start the right treatment and confirm how long you'll need it.
Health Tips
Come back sooner if you notice black stools, vomiting blood, or trouble swallowing.
