Hitus hernia and h pylori
Hello I was diagnosed hitus hernia and h pylori a year back I completed antibiotics kit for h pylori and later didn't face much issue or symptoms
Now from few weeks I face bloating and burbing, nausia,mild burning sensation in upper stomach.
Is there chance of occurrence of hpylori again ori need to check hitus hernia status again by upper endoscopy again.
Previous endoscopy was conducted in November 2025 below is the findings
GERD with Esophagatis (LA grade) severe Antral Gastritis mild denditus hiatus hernia

Currently are you on any medications ?
If yes then there is need for endoscopy
And if not on any medications then plan to start PPI.
