I have done endoscopy 3 months back and diagnosed with H pylori positive and Antral Gastritis...Dr prescribed me Pantocid HP kit for 15 days... Since the medicine was too expensive and I was not on job due to lockdown hence I have not started the medicines... I just want to ask is there any option available in generic medicine for pantocid hp kit which is less expensive and can I take the 15 day course now for h pylori...Also is it ok to start the course after 3 months of diagnosis... My current symptoms are bloating, Too much burning sensation in stomach after eating, Headaches, Potty after eating, Burning sensation in urine... Please advice...My endoscopy and full abdomen ultrasound report attached...

Hello . You are suffering from antral gastritis. You shouldn’t wait for 3 months to start beacuse the disease would not stop here , by that time your symptoms would be more often so you shouldn’t delay in starting your treatment .and you are suffering from severe symptoms .There are lots of kits with different rates present in the market . You can search out at any pharmacy .
Next Steps
My advice is to start your treatment as soon as possible and after completion of your course you must consult some laparoscopic surgeon in view of gall bladder stone. , avoid spicy food , outside food , and avoid deep fried food . Eat healthy home coocked food only . Stay hydrated.
