Three negative evaluations make persistent H. pylori less likely, although false-negative tests can occur if PPIs were being taken. Persistent bloating and acidity despite PPIs suggest that causes such as functional dyspepsia, GERD, delayed gastric emptying, or SIBO should be evaluated. Rather than repeatedly changing medications, I recommend review of your biopsy reports and further evaluation by a gastroenterologist. At your age, these conditions are usually treatable once the underlying cause is identified.
