I am 35 years old .I have erosive gastritis..doctor prescribed nexpro 40...for how long I should take this medicine that would be safe for me...pls suggest

Continue this medicine. Avoid heavy meals at night. Try to take dinner before 7 pm and nothing afterwards. A light walk after meals will help further. Further evaluation by Upper GI Endoscopy and CT abdomen to rule out hiatal hernia can clear the picture.
