Erosive gastritis with Hpylori infection
Have been taking the h pylori kit since 14days
But there is severe abdominal pain many times a day which sometimes resolves on food and sometimes doesnot.
USG normal
Due to pain I couldn't sleep 5hrs at a stretch since 15 days, have to wake up in mid of night to eat, sometimes the pain resolves sometimes it doesn't. For pain drotin doesnt work, bound to take tramadol else its unbearable
For sleep I tried melatonin, clonazepam but nothing is working. Please help
There is even vomiting since 3days once or twice a day
