Clarification of medicine
My mother has to take two medicines one is Fourrts and one is Pantocid HP ( divided into two rows for morning and night before and after food ) Fourrts is also prescribed for night. So should there be a gap between fourrts and pantocid hp after food with regards to the timing of taking them?

Taking Fourrts and Pantocid HP on the same day is safe for you, they don't interact harmfully. Since Pantocid HP is usually taken before food and Fourrts after food, the meal itself already creates a natural gap between the two at night.
Next Steps
If the two still feel too close together, ask your pharmacist or prescribing doctor for the exact gap they'd want between the two medicines at night, since that depends on your specific formulation.
Health Tips
Don't stop or reschedule either medicine on your own without checking with your doctor first.
