Taking IBS medicine
Hello, Hope you are doing well i am taking medicine for ocd & depression from  2017 dec but thanks of God i am feeling good not that issue. within a 3 year i was double typhoid  positive 2 time last in nov 2022 after that i am facing so many problems like eye,bone,join and in feb 2023 my hernia & testies operation done .before nov typhoid my motion staring loose from april start abdominal pain, gas and bloating, and diarrhea also high nausea pain in heart BIG PROBLEM WAS HIGH HIGH LAZINESS & SLEEPINESS LIKE I WAS NUB 16 TO 18 HOURS so after month i saw video in YouTube so understand its may ibs so i hade visited Gastroenterologist now i am taking IB SET 5MG but last 2/3 days starting some starting problem.more is lazy and sleepiness and now my stomach is like stone. 1.i am taking normal diet like.buttermilk,Rice, wheat bread. 2.so it would be ibs or else. 3i dont want take more medicine . 4.MY IMPORTANT QUESTION IS IN WHICH PARTS OF BODY & WHERE AFFECT IBS SO WE CAN DO SOMETHING ...?

It seems to be IBS and you dont have to take regular medicines for the same unless you have symptoms. Duet and lifestyle modifications are mandatory Avoid oily spicy fried food Avoid caffeine Avoid milk and its products Avoid non veg Avoid  citrus fruits Take plenty of fiber Plenty of fruits Plenty of fluids Adequate sleep Exercise Stress management
