Evacoul granules are generally safe for constipation-predominant IBS. It works as a bulk-forming laxative and helps soften hard stools.
Since you had small intestine obstruction surgery (2017), you should: • Start with half spoon at night for 2–3 days
• Take with plenty of water (at least 1 full glass)
• Do NOT take if you have severe abdominal pain, vomiting, or no passage of gas
If bloating increases or pain develops, stop and consult your doctor.
Also ensure: • 2–3 liters water daily
• Regular walking
• Add natural fiber gradually
Next Steps
If constipation persists >2 weeks or symptoms worsen, further evaluation may be needed.
