Infective ileocolitis comes and goes it's not something which is permanent but to rule out the IBD u need to see a gastroenterologist and thorough evaluation before ruling out IBD

First have to see biopsy report whether any feature of chronicity is there or not, and have to correlate with symptoms, as sometimes the terminal ileitis can be non specific also.
