Done colonoscopy 2024 and biopsy shows chronic non specific colitis, infective ileo colits these conditions. Is it crohns,uc,or ibs .plz reply.currently not using any medication just gas tablets .plz reply

Infective ileocolitis comes and goes it's not something which is permanent but to rule out the IBD u need to see a gastroenterologist and thorough evaluation before ruling out IBD IBD is life long condition and it interventions are done early the outcomes are good

First have to see biopsy report whether any feature of chronicity is there or not, and have to correlate with symptoms, as sometimes the terminal ileitis can be non specific also.
