Dear sir / ma'am I am 37 yrs old male with lean body(70kg). I keep record of my LFT of past 3 years. Repeat the test in every 6 months. SGPT value is always 72, 105, 92, 52, 75 Never below 50. SGOT is always normal. I consume alcohol on weekends only. Is any indication to stop or change my habits or lifestyle.

My b12 level is around 300 bt there is lot of weakness also IBS and nerve pain in my body so i m going to take neurokind fast 1500mg strips..so i m asking how many strips should i take and for how long duration?? and should i take it daily or weekly?? and when to take??? is it safe to take?? bcz i feel it is better than injection bcz i m underweight

I have a very small, painful point/fissure just outside the anal opening. There is no bleeding, but it is painful and itchy. I have been using lidocaine + nifedipine once a day for the last 6 days, but it has not healed properly. I also feel constipated and tend to sit for several minutes during bowel movements.

I have been diagnosed with gallbladder sludge after one episode of sharp pain over a week before. I have been taking udiliv as prescribed by doctor. Should i go for gallbladder surgery or wait if it resolves with medicine.

I have been experiencing occasional pain on the right side, below the ribs, for about 3 months. The pain stopped completely for some time but started occurring occasionally again. I had an ultrasound, which showed mild hepatomegaly (mildly enlarged liver). I took two bottles of Adlive, after which the pain improved, but it later returned occasionally. recently had a FibroScan. My report shows CAP 310 dB/m, liver stiffness 4.8 kPa, IQR/Median 22%, and 10 valid measurements. What do these results mean? Do I have fatty liver, and if so, what grade is it?  My SGPT (ALT) level is 21 U/L. Suggest some medicine. I attached my USG report.

In January, a routine ultrasound showed hypo to anechoic lesions in pancreas head. My doctor told me to get a MRCP done. It showed prominent periportal lymph nodes about 12 mm. (Nothing in pancreas)The doctor said it was nothing. Now again the scan showed hypoechoic lesions and again I had an MRCP done. The reports say the periportal nodes are now 9mm. (Again nothing in pancreas) I am yet to meet the doctor, but I am very worried. Can someone please explain what this means.

I am 28 years old and concerned about a gradual change in my weight and bowel habits. My weight was around 54–55 kg from June 2025 until April 2026. Since June 2026, it has generally been around 52–53 kg. Today it was 51.8 kg after passing stool and urine, without clothes. Since April 2026, I have had occasional loose stools, mainly after eating spicy or outside food. I generally have no such problem with normal home-cooked food.
