Hi Doctors, Today I have done USG of whole abdomen for stone status check but radiologist found a small echogenic lesion in right lobe (10×11 mm). Pls check the report is there any thing needs to concern? What should I do next?

Im suffering from constipated hard stools since 2-3 days along with bloating and acid reflux too. I took pantap dsr and even lactulose syp.for it but still not much difference found. Please help me guide towards better teeatment.

I am non diabetic. I am already taking mounjaro 5 mg since 2 months and now will take it for 3rd month and tolerating it well now. Can i switch to Zepbound from next month, as it is for non diabetic weight loss. And if i can then which one should I go for 5 mg or 7.5 mg? Will not create any mess?

For 2 Months, I feel something stuck in my chest & throat all day long,sometimes upper backpain & burping  occurs. Have Pantoprazol for 1.5 months .but the discomfort remains.usg report normal.haemoglobin 8.1,bilirubin slightly elevated ,3.4. took udiliv 300 for 1month.I have beta thalassemia minor and having Folvite regularly. Now taking pan mps ..but not relieved.no eating problem,no vomiting.just food stuck feeling in chest and throat,burping,discomfort all day long for past 2months.is there any serious issue?

My Mom is a heart & mysthenia gravis patient since long years. Now from last year fatty liver problem arises and simple cyst also came in ct scan of 20mm. We already consulted gastro doctors & they didn't gave any specific medication for both issues just gave digestive & pain killer medicine. She sometimes faces pain for which she takes pain killer. Please i want to know what will be the best procedure for fatty liver & this cyst as nowadays cysts are the worst nightmare. Let me know what best we can do , does this both requires treatment?

I have been suffering from fissure for last 9 years right after childbirth before that I was perfectly normal I am not having constipation but starting stool is a little bit hard that causes flare ups i feel very comfortable when I use PEG 3350+isabgol. I used it sometimes for two weeks I just wanted to know can I use it for long time pls reply.
