Past 4 weeks I have mild pain Sensation in right abdomen from shoulder to lower pelvic area above testicles and sensation in right thigh it's not at one place its in all right side sometimes lower side or back or something right ribs or sometime I feel burning in right side abdomen, I went to doctor for blood test urine test and Ultrasound but they told there is nothing apart from fatty liver. Pain and sensation comes for 30 sec and goes away . My urine color is yellow not reddish or any smells also as I did urine test and nothing was found as per doctor . I do have bloating problem after food sound in my stomach. Last year I had same issue and did endoscopy and there was erosion seen and 2 weeks medicine was prescribed attached medicine and endoscopy result . Can someone suggest  me the medicine for this as I am out of India currently. Blood Sugar is fine and my cholesterol Tryg is around 280.

I am feeling continuous stomach pain from last one week . I had taken medicines for one day and pain has gone . After 2-3 days again I started feeling stomach pain while pressing and touching the stomach just below the chest and middle side . I was taking ayurvedic medicine for gall bladder stone from last week , now I stopped taking it.

I was diagnosed with hpylori along with corpus gastritis 6 months ago and took antibiotics. After the antibiotics I still had heartburn with ppis so switched to vonoprazan and now tapered it off and only have heartburn sometimes. But the feeling of fullness along with burps is still there. It doesn't matter what I eat, even if I don't eat a triggering food it still would be there. Is hpylori still there?

My FIN has diagnosed with gastric issues along ago, He uses ayurvedic medications and churnas for this issues, he also uses dhuplac and gelsil.. He also suffers with sever contispation and also have pain on his left side of stomach.. He suffers with extreme cracked heels which is upto 1/2inch or more where he cannot able to stand.. I want to go for sibo Breath testing specially for methane breath testing. Where can I find availability of this test in Mumbai or Pune . I have done hydrogen breath test it came negative. I want to do methane breath test but I am unable to find any clinic which offer methane breath testing
