I had gallbladder removal surgery last year September. After surgery little sludge was present in bile duct so bilirubin level got high around3. Mrcp was done and dr told stone got out itself. After that bilirubin started decreasing and last December bilirubin was 1.14. Direct 0.36 and indirect 0.78 Was feeling acidity, gas from last few days. Did lft again. Bilirubin is slightly elevated. Total1.36, direct 0.45 and indirect 0.91. Could acidity cause this or its jaundice again! Please suggest

Started with bodyche feeling feverish day before. Had loose motions 27 times in 24 hrs. Had contacted an online doctor and he prescribed redotil oflox oz ORS and probiotic for 3 days. Had stomach cramps also. Have gurgling sensation inbstomach and burping. I feel better than yesterday. Stool frequency has reduced to 2 to 4 times as of now in the evening but it is still loose. How many days will it take for the stools to return to normal in consistency.

Hello doctor/s. Last month I had a severe and acute abdominal pain for which I was diagnosed with a Common Bile Duct stone and Acute Cholangitis. With antibiotics my Cholangitis was resolved almost immediately and 25 days later, ERCP was performed which cleared by bile duct and the gallbladder was removed as well. My concern is: Do I have any risk of developing Liver Cirrhosis in the future due to that single episode of Cholangitis and bile duct stone? I'm non alcoholic with no pre-existing liver issue.

Why am I having morning diahrea only once (mostly incomplete) and then normal/mushy stool( if need to go again). I have clean diet. After eating probiotic(IBSOX), it fixes but  returns again. For last 3/4 years.

My bp 107/81, ecg report,ctcag report, echo colour Doppler report, chest x-ray report, chest ct scan, whole abdomen ct scan,lft, lioid profile,cbc are normal , creatinine 0.87, hemoglobin15.6 so please advise me accordingly

No fever, no chills, and no blood observed in the stool. The bowel movements are a mix of watery and greasy textures, colored brown to yellow. There is a continuous, frequent urge to go to the toilet even when the bowels are mostly empty, but no severe lower abdominal pain. Experiencing persistent nausea and a distinct "globus sensation" (a feeling like something is physically stuck or present in the throat) . There is no typical burning chest pain or classic heartburn felt A mild, metallic taste or sensation in the mouth is present, though normal appetite and the sense of taste for food remains normal

30/03/ 2025 lax les erosive pangastritis detected after upper GI endoscopy done then my bodyweight was 44kgs decreased from 53kgs and afterwards due to inability of eating food for acid reflux problem my body weight decreased to 34 kgs and after consultation with a renowned gastroenterologist all kinds of tests done and at present my body weight is fluctuating within 43.6- 44.5 and sometimes chest tightness and uneasiness over the both side ribcages feel after eating , previously i took ganaton50mg twice daily and nexpro 40 twice daily but now taking ganaton50 twice daily and nexpro20 once in the morning and cremafin cyrup once in fifteen days for sos and gavison syrup for sos and thyronom 50 so please advise me how to cure my symptoms with proper treatment

From last few days a feeling of shortness of breath and chest tightness and uneasiness over both side ribcages i am a patient of gastritis (lax les erosive pangastritis) now all test reports are normal and taking ganaton50 two times and nexpro20 once in a day please guide me

I am taking gabapin nt 400mg for my tinnitus and anxiety before that it started with 100 then 200 and now 400 but at 400 dose I am having gastric issues like burping and gastric reflux is that happen with this medication as I have IBS problem and at the time I started this dose I had stomach infection and was on antibiotics so pls guide what should I do

I had uncontrolable chronic loose motion . Affer stool test , Entemoeba Histolytica appeared in report . After taking metrogyl and amicline for a week twice daily , though now stool is not liquid like that time , still stool is too soft(mixed of type 5 and 6 of stool chart) to hold . After coming out from bathroom anus feeks like stool is knocking at the door . That's why staying in fear while sitting on chair or going outside .( Before this stool test , took sporlac ds for 3-4 days , the effect stayed few days and stool became previous like after that .)
