Hi doctor. I have 15 days old baby and am in postpartum. During postpartum review, I had bp elevated as 150/91. My doctor prescribed nicardia tablet once daily till 10 days and to need to go after 10 days for review. During this time is it ok if I use Mylo lactomama powder (herbal supplement) for increase in breast milk production? Also could you please suggest if I can take lactcare tablets also?? Thank you

Hello Doctor, My name is Suraj. In November 2025, I had episodes of fast heartbeat and anxiety. ECG was normal, and I was given anti-anxiety medicine for 10 days. After stopping it, I felt restless for a day but then became normal. Recently, I started having dizziness, anxiety, and poor sleep. My BP was 140/90 once and 130/73 the next morning. Hello Doctor, My mother is facing a severe problem. Earlier, she used to feel a sudden muscle spasm/cramp (locally called Gandd (gale ma khana fasna) in her throat/chest area 1 or 2 times a week while eating. But for the last 10 days, this is happening every single time she takes her very first bite of food. The pain and spasm are so severe that she has stopped eating out of fear and is getting very weak. Medical History: She has a history of stomach issues. 1 year ago, a gastroenterologist did an endoscopy which showed a Hernia (Hiatus Hernia). 1 month ago, the doctor recommended another endoscopy, but my mother is too scared to undergo the procedure again. Please guide us on what could be causing this severe spasm during the first bite, and what alternative treatment or immediate steps we can take since she is unable to eat.
