Cyclical bloating with fatigue and meal-related weakness could point to hormonal changes, mild anemia, or blood sugar dips - a generic diet plan won't fix the cause. Get a CBC and fasting sugar checked; eat smaller frequent meals meanwhile. Book a private consult so I can design a personalized plan after reviewing your reports.

Based on ur age , I can assure u that every female is suffering with same kind of issues ,and there is no need to feel worried But I advice u to keep a balanced diet and daily 1 hr workout is mandatory And I also advice u check up ur vit b12 and vit d and fe and hb levels checkup If every thing is normal u can just follow regular diet plan and adequate atleast 3-4 litres of water But if any values deranged which occurs for most of the Indian women's ,u should take multivitams on regular basis that we can prescribe based on ur reports
Next Steps
.regular diet with two eggs if ur eggetetrian (mandatory protein ) .adequate 3 to 4 liters of liquids in any form water or buttermilk or fruits juices .check ur lab values once vit b12 ,vit d ,fe .don't skip meals .if ur obese please kindly try to loose wt to bmi range that keeps up with ur energy levels .

Hello. Bloating around periods is common due to hormonal changes but feeling tired and weak most of the time is not normal and should be evaluated. For now: * Do not skip meals. Eat 3 balanced meals with 1–2 healthy snacks. * Include protein (dal, eggs, paneer, sprouts, curd), whole grains, fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. * Drink 2–3 litres of water daily. * Reduce packaged foods, excess salt, carbonated drinks and very spicy foods, especially during your periods. * Light walking or regular exercise can also help reduce bloating.
Next Steps
I would also recommend checking CBC, serum ferritin (iron stores), Vitamin B12, Vitamin D and thyroid profile as deficiencies or thyroid disorders can cause persistent fatigue and weakness.
Health Tips
If the bloating is severe, associated with significant menstrual pain, irregular periods or bowel symptoms, please consult a physician/gynecologist for further evaluation.
