When i drink 1-2 glass of water i feel all watery and heavy and water till esophagus type feeling But it does not happen with food, it only happens when i drink water And if i drink water during lunch or dinner time it takes longer time to digest food I dont have any symptoms of LPR silent reflu, like sore throat or horse voice post nasal drips etc What can it be ? It affects my lifestyle i cant gym properly due to all this watery heavy feeling How can i deal with it?

Hi, I am looking for a list of blood test that helps to know the reason for my obesity. I tried lot of fasting diet and my weight is reducing well but if I skip it then the weight is rebounce to 2x. Help me to understand this. I want to know the root cause for obesity any help please

I have anxiety disorder and under medication as well since 7 years. Now much mentally healthy but my weight is increasing day by day. Digestive issues. Can't eat restaurant food not even chips type packed food. I have been so much concern about my looks as well due this weight gain. I am a dental student and I have lots of work, clinical duties but still no weight lose. I eat less and hardly eat oily food more over I can't digest And I reduce my food intake even more or starve myself I get so weak and low blood pressure. Because of my weight it hampers my daily physical activity, everyone is so energetic and I can't work like them. I tried my best for so long but it's not working. I get tired so easily. I have been taking vit d since 4 months. I run some test 4 months ago for glucose level, thyroid, lipid profile, vit d . Everything is normal expect vit d deficiency. I see slightly darker pigmentation around my neck as well. Upper body is so fatty and heavy

1 month back my father had fever which continued for 10-12 days. In between of this he checked LFT ,bilirubin was 2.5 after having few medicines it came back to 0.53. His gallbladder stone was diagnosed of 7 mm 7 years back. He was fine for 20 days, again he got fever and yellow eyes on 14 July. His bilirubin was 8, direct was 7.2 indirect 0.8. Now fever comes and goes. He went through MRCP, it shows Chronic lever disease. He never drink or smoke. What caused this? He is diabetic for 30 years and have bp. I'm attaching his mrcp report and today's lft report. Please suggest me what to do next, I'm very much stressed and worried 🙏 Should we get his gallbladder removed if that's causing biliary obstruction?

How long that ulcer takes time to turn into cancer ND also I want to know oam having ulcer but without stomach pain just stomach bloating and burping so these symptoms indicate what kind of ulcer and how long it takes ulcer into cancer

Today I consulted for weight loss . The doctor suggested me to go for mournjaro injection for 6 months. I am not sure how safe it is to take these injections since I don't know it's short term and long term side effects. Will it be fine to go for these injection and what is the probability that weight gain may not occur Again. Please advise.

After year of suffering endoscopy findings are antral gastritis treated with antibiotics and urea test post month of ppi shows negative. Now i experience sudden heartburn , burning in stomach which i not experienced before treatment. Urea test taken 2 days before.

In spite of repeated bowl movement facing issue of slight constipation.feels relief after taking medicines.symptoms again appeared as stop medicines even after taking for months .any permanent cure. Cbc/kft/lft/thyroid normal.

I had gallbladder removal surgery last year September. After surgery little sludge was present in bile duct so bilirubin level got high around3. Mrcp was done and dr told stone got out itself. After that bilirubin started decreasing and last December bilirubin was 1.14. Direct 0.36 and indirect 0.78 Was feeling acidity, gas from last few days. Did lft again. Bilirubin is slightly elevated. Total1.36, direct 0.45 and indirect 0.91. Could acidity cause this or its jaundice again! Please suggest
