Giardia lambia like symptoms we have like giardia lambia but Giardia cyst found in stool it's mean non active giardia? But we have symptoms what we do now ...?

Hello doctor I am 23 week pregnant with twins and from 19 week my left is deranged Last blood on 5 june Current taking sedogest 450mg thrice a day, cirrosam 400mg twice a day and choltran twice a day.   AST improved: 529 → 263 → 228 ALT improved: 847 → 455 → 391 Bilirubin improved and is now normal Itching improved significantly Albumin slightly improved Bile acids increased: 68 → 89 ALP : 162 → 194 Why is bile acid increasing? Do help plz

I Have Been Experiencing A Pain At My Right Side Stomach It Is Front Or Side Or Back Side Sometimes I Feel Like Its Spreading Ober Time For 4 Months Now Its Away From Navel But Up From Navel Angel And At The End Of Right Rib. Also I Have Started Having A Pain In The Bump Some Nerve Pains For Few Days And My Leg Has Been Having A Burning Sensation Near Ankle And Now I Can See Some Small Nerves My Heal Pains For No Reason Kinda A Pain And Stretch In The Heal And Under Foot Area

Since past 2 days I am having stomach ache . 1st day puked a lot..stools are perfectly fine ..now no vomiting...but the ache is still there. The pain is coming and going.

I was diagnosed with an H. pylori infection, and I stayed in the hospital for 9 days. Initially, the exact main issue was not known, but even after finding out that it was H. pylori, I am not getting relief from the medicines I am taking. I am also experiencing vomiting. The medicines I am currently taking are: Zenflox OZ Festal N Ulysis 300 mg Protera L capsule Oxetafate syrup However, whenever I take the Oxetafate syrup, I vomit immediately afterward. I also have a spinal cord injury, due to which my lower limbs do not function. I would like to know whether these medicines are appropriate for treating an H. pylori infection or not.

I have ibs , with back pain and chest pain and the pain is rotating . I am taking ibs and acidity medicine but the pain is coming and going what to do next. Test report also so normal except cholesterol level and triglycerides which is high for which i take tonact 10. Not able to understand what to do next.

Age 30, male. For the last 3 years I have had altered bowel habits. Every morning I need to strain hard to pass stool. Stools are often soft, mushy, semi-solid, flat, or come out in broken pieces. I frequently feel incomplete evacuation and sometimes stool seems stuck near the anus. I also pass clear/transparent jelly-like mucus almost daily. Colonoscopy (Nov 2025) showed multiple superficial ulcers with surrounding inflammation in the terminal ileum up to 15 cm. Biopsy reported chronic inactive terminal ileitis; Crohn's disease was mentioned as a possibility. CRP, fecal calprotectin, CBC, LFT, kidney tests, and abdominal ultrasound were normal. I have gained about 5 kg and have no significant weight loss. Endoscopy showed only mild antral gastritis.I have mild Burning sensation at top right corner of belly My questions: 1. What is the most likely cause of my symptoms? 2. Can chronic inactive ileitis alone explain mucus, incomplete evacuation, and altered stool ? 3) Treatment ?

My mother's age is 51 yrs we did her LFT test on 18th may is showed ALP 258 and after 20 days means on 8th june we again did only ALP test it showed 185 which is also high can u plz suggest me what to do next i m very confused and worried why this happened

Since the start of this month, I have not been able to poop properly. The pressure is not.coming naturally. I tried the probiotic gutbliss (two times) at night. It helped. I was able to get fresh the next morning. But that was liquid not solid poop. And also I don't get pressure naturally. (It's only after eating gutbliss). I don't want to create a dependency on this medicine. Suggest how can I get pressure to poop naturally (like before)

Today I went to motions 4 times . While iam passing stool it felt somuch stomach rotation feelings and literally shouting out . Yesterday I ate  and mutton . Can it be one of the reason And happened to me 2 weeks ago also . Why once this problem comes always repeates for me for long time . What is best home remedy and medicines Can I take probiotic tablet and eldoper ?
