I have done endoscopy on 21.02.26 and doctor said that there is bacteria /infection..I studied the report it is written as H pylori .when but what I found that tissue was only little pink/red in yellow means it has slightly changed colour ..Doctor gave me Esmopac HP course for 21 days with some other tablet ,I have a query that does only changing the little colour means that infection/ bacteria is v less .??.he shown me pics where reddish infection was visible . Pls clear my doubt and also is it ok If I take 30 ml whiskey on 6th 0r 7th day of endoscopy

In 2025,Doctor found two hyper plastic polyps during colonoscopy when I complained him of blood in stool and told me that I am having piles.one year passed.now I am getting blood in stool after one painful defecation.Do I need to go for colonoscopy again.please give your suggestion

Namaste Doctor, Mujhe lagbhag 8 years se throat aur stomach related problems ho rahi hain. Gale me hamesha kuch atka hua feel hota hai, jaln aur kadwahat rehti hai, aur gale ke peeche laal gol dane dikhte hain. Tonsil jaisa lagta hai lekin ENT ne tonsil nahi bola. Antibiotic se koi khas fayda nahi hua. Thoda bhi spicy khane par muh aur gale me tez burning hoti hai. Mujhe khatti dakar, seene me jaln, gale me khatta pani aana aur awaaz baithna bhi hota hai. Baar-baar toilet ki urge aati hai aur pet me chhale jaisa feel hota hai. ENT treatment se improvement nahi hua. Request: Kindly GERD/LPR, gastritis ya peptic ulcer ke liye evaluate karein.

I am suffering from hyperthhroid currently i m taking neo marcazole liver function before taking tablet was 52 now its 48 is this reversible after i take tablet and thyroid becomes normal i m worried about liver damage please help.what should i avoid.

I have server anal itching issue. Here are cases where itching happens 1. After passing motion and then If I go for long walk. Intest itching happen. If i was anal area then it rduces 2. Next day after eating any spicy food. Then it continue for 3 4 days . If i reduce Spicy food then it goes off slowly After washing anus area during Itching, It reduce. It is happening for 3 4 years. I noticed bleeding( Only Like blood strike ons stool But nit at all in toilet seat. This is IMP observation) around 2 year back. This blood Steaks only shows when I closly see stooo or else not possible There is no weight loss , No other issue so far But this itching is happening now very frequently I am not feeling any lumps around anus but just round hard spintcher ( which could be general structure of anus) I am not sure if I have get Colonoscopy or Need to apply cream for relief I have given 101% mine systems. Can this be anal cancer?? I am extremely worried Please review once and suggest

From past 20 days I have been getting orangish stools and sometimes its loose and sometimes its normal but the colour is same always which is darkish orange.3 months ago I have done abdomen pelvis ultrasound and colonoscopy which came normal as I was loosing weight.Right now my weight is stable but it has not increased.To be precise in July 2025 my weight was 57-58 and now it is 51-52.So what could be the reason pf orangish stools.And what further steps should I take.
