It started a month ago. I had cold, throat pain and anal itch. I took medications for cold and throat pain and they were gone in a week. For throat I took antibiotics. I did not take any medications for the anal itch. A week later I took 2 almendazole tablets 3 days apart which greatly reduced my anal itch and wetness. But it did not completely go away. Moreover my anus region has mucus now. Today, almost after a month the itch, redness, and mucus still persists. I've attached the photos, one with mucus and one after cleaning it, please have a look. Please help me get cured.

I had already reported mild gastritis issues on 14/3/25 and recent water test conducted in our seminary on 7/10/25 results shows that all five water sources are bacteriologically contaminated** and are **not safe for drinking** without treatment to remove Total Coliform and E-Coli. The water from **Tank 1** and the **Pond** also has an **unacceptably low pH (acidic)**.Is this is the reason for my gastric issues?

I was diagnosed with Grade 2 fatty liver 3months ago. From the past 3 months i will get slight heart pain due to gastric and ecg and echo is normal what to do for this slight heart pain

Hi I was diagnosed with perianal fistula grade one ome yr back took mri I don't face much issues like pus discharge or pain only red spot mild itching recently... Very very minimal issues only.. I continued ivf treatment my egg retrival is done waiting for fet.. Yesterday while I checked I saw one more red dot near tat old one but not much symptoms ..is this new track form???.. Is my fistula become simple to complex.. What should I do now.. Shal I proceed ivf or should fix fistula? if so wat surgery will work (laser or open surgery) what will b the healing time.. Pls pls kindly suggest...

Having loose motion from the past 8-9 days. Have gone for a stool examination. Blood detected in the stool occult test. Is it due to prolonged diarrhea or is there something serious. Loose Motions are still there.

I had surgery on May 10, 2025, for a benign Myxopapillary Ependymoma, with near-total removal of the tumor. After that, I received 45 Gy IGRT radiation, completed on July 11, 2025. Since the surgery, I’ve had constant constipation, which only gets better with laxatives but then causes loose stools. There’s no blood, but sometimes a small bit of white mucus appears before stool. My CEA test from Healthian Lab showed 2.57 (normal 0–2.50), and a month later, Dr. Lal Path Lab showed 3.78 (normal 0–3.80). I’m a non-smoker, but these slight changes in CEA have made me anxious . No history of colon cancer in parents

I have been struggling with my gut since 1 year, i have done ultrasound scan it showed small liquid loops However my doctor said its IBS Am unable to mange my symptoms i lost weight due to this issue Always its smooth stools most of time no abdominal pain .. stools appear to be in brown and yellow if i have something from outside scenario changes and i will have flaky stools .. how to manage it

Done colonoscopy 2024 june it shows infective ileo colitis, chronic non specific colitis. Is it ibd.20 days back done fecal calprotectin test levels shows 93.3.recently upper abdominal pain and motion.doctor gave rifagut 550 7 days 14 tab,menocytl 30tab,vsl 3 10 tab,redotil cap ,cizaspa x 60 tablet 1month .cizaspa x and  menocytyl can I take both at same time doctor gave 1 month prescription. Plz reply is it ibd.doctor didn't done repeat colonoscopy. Is it ibd .

After eating lunch i feel i can eat more but my stomach feel like full..I go to poop 1-3 times. sometime i feel need to poop not urgent but i feel discomfort.then i go for bowel movement and large amount of gas passed only..Then poop sensetion gone.I feel this problem when i am out of my house.when i stayed home i go 1-2 times for poop.Please help i am very much disturbed it disturbing my work life.Help.anal fistula also i have grade 3.A thin hyperintense track with surrounding inflammatory changes is seen originating in the natal cleft in cms traversing the transphincteric plane with right paramedian location extending for length of 3.5 internal opening at 6' o clock. The internal opening is around 1.9 cms from anal verge. No supra-levator extension of the track. No evidence of collection/abscess seen in the present study. The pelvic organs appear normal. No obvious significant pelvic lymphadenopathy. Rest of the pelvic organs appear normal. Visualized bones appear normal.
