For 6 feet height, an ideal weight is roughly 63 to 80 kg, and waist should stay under 90 cm for Indian men. Belly fat responds to overall calorie control, not to spot exercises. A simple plan: early morning warm water, breakfast by 8-9 am with 2 eggs or a bowl of poha/upma with sprouts, mid-morning fruit, lunch by 1 pm with 2 chapatis, dal, a big bowl of vegetables and curd, evening tea with roasted chana or nuts (a small handful), and dinner by 8 pm which should be light - one chapati with sabzi or dal and salad. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried food, bakery items, cold drinks and alcohol, and stop late night eating. Keep about 1 to 1.5 g protein per kg body weight daily. Walk 45 minutes daily and add strength training 3 days a week; this is what reduces waist. Sleep 7-8 hours, as poor sleep increases belly fat. Please also get fasting sugar, HbA1c, lipid profile, TSH and liver ultrasound done, since fatty liver and insulin resistance are common with central obesity. Target a slow loss of 2-3 kg per month. Happy to plan this in detail on Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.
You should avoid oily and fast food
Take green tea or Honey with warm water and lemon at morning
Low calorie food avoid much rice
If ur ht is 6ft then wt Will be around 74-78 kg
