I am 34 have been hitting the gym to reduce weight. I have normal BP, HBA1C is 5.5, Total Cholestrol is 220, Triglyceride is 350. Vitamin D and B12 Deficiency. LFT normal, CBC is normal I am already taking Vita D and B12 capsules on doctor recommendation and trying to reduce cholesterol via food changes. My husband is having watery stool for past 4 days. (Wed - sat till now) He's having  4-5 watery stools a day He took asidita, Nflox tz , loperamide, uripas, imodium. Bt still he's having stomach cramps sometimes, he had full body ache, joint pain. Now it's not that much. Bt the stool is watery yellow had foul smell. Please suggest. Why this happened. Why isn't he recovering even after taking antibiotics and med for diarrhea.

Hello Doctor, My brother (27 years old, male) has been experiencing excessive burping, especially after dinner, for the last few months. Burping happens repeatedly one after another, sometimes more than 50–100 times in the evening. There is no severe stomach pain, burning sensation, or vomiting. Appetite is mostly normal. Please advise possible causes (like gas, indigestion, GERD, H. pylori, or gut motility issues), required tests, and treatment options. Also suggest diet or lifestyle changes if needed.

Iam experiencing continuous belching and some times shortness of breath from past 1 and half month.  I also feel something getting stuck at back bone and after that feeling iam burping again and also sometimes while eating felt left side stuck and started immediate burping. For this do I need to go to gastroenterologist or cardiologist? Is it gas or heart related problem?
