Hi Doctor, My father is suffering from stomach fullness and weight loss and gerd kind of symptoms since 3-4 months , endoscopy revealed gastric outlet obstruction. I have attached CT scan and biopsy report. Unable to attach more images, got endoscopy report too. Please could you confirm the severity of this issue, how severe is this and what treatment can we go for.

My age is 40 , my height is 152 and current weight is 75, I am housewife. I need to loss weight atleast by 10kg. Don't want to follow any diet, we had outside food once in 10 days ( mostly it was dosa,maharashtrian food, chat or rarely pizza burger).I had c section in 2015 , I have one boy only. My period are regular. I have no medication going on , my B12 , vitamin D are little low and cholesterol is at borderline. Is any medication for weight loss . Please genuine doctor reply and recommend.

Hello, I am currently breastfeeding my 2 yrs 5months kid,And I facing difficulty losing weight.i want to know if there are any supplements which can be consumed by a breastfeeding mom which is safe for my kid. Plz suggest

I have GERD for quite a long time due to lack of sleep (after pregnancy) and high stress level , anxiety and depression issues. Now anxiety are cured after taking proper treatment, still my gerd symptoms is there with even more severe symptoms. I'm unable to sleep coz of the discomfort from the throat to chest upper part. When I don't lat down on day time it decreases but I need to wakeup early to pack lunch for kids so I need to take nap and need to lay down  to make my baby take nap.. after napping it starts and it continues even at night . I adjusted my meal timing which is 2hrs before laying down. No luck.. I'm taking lots of home remedy like aloevera juice,amla juice, curd and curd rice for  almost all the meals.. even I decreased my food portion . Whenever I bend down to do chores, my stomach acid comes to throat and it gives burning sensation from chest to throat. Please guide me what to do . I have ready took syrup, proton inhibitor blockers alot for around 4years on and off.

My Total t4 is below 5 from 2023 but tsh and free t4 always normal but I am seeing very fast weight gain from 2023 after total t4 below 5 is any way to increase total t4 so weigh gain cannot occur easily

Hello ,I have just got surgeries done for thyroid cancer for PTC , TT.Subce then I had put a lot of weight.No matter what I do , not able to reduce.I do yoga,gym, diet but weight seems to keep increasing.Please let me know what I can do or take for support. I have IBS and sensitive stomach as well.

I have too much pain in the upper abdomen radiating towards the back and causing me lot of discomfort and sufferance from past two weeks. I am having severe GERD with esophagitis grade B and fatty liver. I do have reoccurrence of hiatus hernia. I am a Bariatric patient completed my sleeve gastrectomy in the year 2020. Bcoz of the GERD complexity I have got ineffective esophageal motility also in manometry. Doctor suggested me for a roux en y gastric bypass as options are limited for me with a long term PPI use which is presently not functioning on me. But suddenly from past two weeks I have severe stomach pain radiating towards the back and getting sticky stool which is not going easily from the WC. Yesterday I did USG whole abdomen and they found infiltration of Pancreas where they couldn't see the tail as it was obscured by bowel gas. Please suggest as stomach is in bad pain which is getting difficult to manage.
