Gas and pain issue
Since a month I'm feeling gastric issues. Pain in right side of abdomen randomly like teases. Comes and goes I thought it's liver pain or gallbladder i got ultrasound and fibroscan, it's all clear. Radiologist did say there is much gases in your body. I feel constipation too. I do go for bowels daily and get them but it feels like incomplete evacuation so I go 3-4 times a day. Some history - Since 3-4 months I've lost 10 kgs through gym. I had fees tests. D3 was 67, b12 202 and iron 38,ferritin 22. So, i started with Ferrous ascorbate, b12 and Omega 3 supplement. Why I'm feeling this? What should I do next
