Pain in upper abdominal due gastric
After having a 3 months miscarriage she had undergone a D&C procedure. After 10 days, she is facing sever pain in upper abdominal due to gastric, which cured with cyra-d and pain killer. She had a whole adnominal scan also, but nothing major issues noticed in the same also. Only some sand pieces found in Gallbladder. Now about pain, it happens after eating in night usually and happens after 2-3 days. It's a sharp/stabbing pain in the middle of upper abdominal just below the ribs bone. Should she wait for her body being cure. Or should take any medical help further.

Based on the history, this does not appear to be a complication of DnC. Sand in gallbladder are small/microstones in Gallbladder which is likely cause of upper abdominal pain and requires Cholecystectomy(Gallbladder Removal Surgery). Commonly done via Laparoscopic/Robotic approaches nowadays involving small 1cm incisions over stomach. Usually patient is discharged the next day.
Next Steps
Undergo pre-operative evaluation and proceed for surgery
