Upper left abdomen discomfort for months
I was diagnosed with H pylori in April 2024 Upper GI endoscopy RUT positive , took triple therapy felt somewhat good for 4 months again in August 2024 I have discomfort episode this time persist on left side upper abdomen region and back side of the same area, this particular episode align with my stressfull event in personal life(Father had heart attack and went through angio). Since then I have consulted General physician, Gastro, Cardiologist, neurologist even psychologist. Got CBC , CT screen with USG abdomen all came good except deficiency in Vitamin B12. During that B12 medication I had severe diarrhea episode one day. Since that day my poop does become normal it is always soft sometimes loose. Along with recurrent upper left abdominal discomfort and sometimes nauseous. Frequent googling also aided this symptoms and complicated thing. Two Homeo for 2 months but sudden flair 3 days back made me dejected and gained weight lost . Im totally depressed at present. Unable to enjoy lif
